Why do I need to become a member?

Anyone can use this service without becoming a member. But if you are a member you will be able to make direct contact with anyone. It also means that anyone can contact you, even if they are not a member themselves.

In the event of technical problems preventing access to the site, all affected members will have their membership extended by an amount of time equal to the time they were unable to access the site.

Refunds, within 7 days of joining will be issued solely at the discretion of the management of 1st Place Punjabi Matrimonials. A $5 administration fee will be levied in these cases.

We reserve the right to cancel any membership and delete any profile for reasons which can include, but are not limited to, complaints from other members; offensive or misleading information within a profile; invalid contact email address. A refund will not be issued in the case of complaints from other members.
